Like always the Patterson family Christmas Party was such a great night. We ate yummy food and then had some really fun activities.
The kids performed some songs with the bells.
They did a Christmas word search.
Then it was time to get to the good stuff. Olive had been asking and waiting all night to open presents!
Olive's little cousin Lizzie had her name in the gift exchange and was so anxious to give Olive what she had picked out she ran it over to us the moment we walked in.
She had reason to be excited because she had picked the perfect gift. A light up Tinker Bell doll. These girls were in heaven!
Olive and Milo got the Gouff sisters and they picked out matching hats for them.
I think that gift was a hit too
As always each child did a talent. Olive wanted to do a tap dance for her talent since she recently started a dance class. I have to say that was a definite highlight of the party for us. She was so adorable. She got up there with all the confidence in the world. She waited patiently while we tried to figure out the music. And then...she freestyled a completely unrehearsed and yet wonderfully cute tap dance. Everyone was cheering.
