Six months may not seem like a long time, but Olli has changed so much that it seems quite momentous. So I wanted to take a look back at her short (but long) life so far.
Here she is in the hospital only a few hours old. It is surreal to think back to that day. I find it quite charming that she looks and acts like the same baby that we met that day.

Here she is at two weeks and we thought she was so big. We didn't know what was coming.

I love her blessing dress/ pictures because I think she looks like an actual doll. By this age she was sleeping through the night. What a sweet little angel.

At two months old we thought she would want to stop being swaddled but we were wrong. She still gets wrapped up every night. Here she is in her little swaddle blanket.

She was 3 months at Halloween and we loved this glow-in-the dark skeleton, even if she only wore it once. She would get frustrated about hanging out in her chair because she couldn't do anything.

At 4 months she started to grab and reach for things. Now anything in her reach goes straight to the mouth.

She also celebrated her first Christmas at 4 months, which she could have cared less about, but a least she looks cute in her new clothes.

She took up drooling and yelling at 5 months and hasn't changed in that department.

Now she can sit up and jabber to us all day. She loves her new independence and being an involved part of the world.

The first six months have been so great, I can't wait to see what the next six hold.
