Olive's First Day Of Kindergarten!!

Get ready for a whole bunch of pictures! 

She was pretty excited before we went. She kept making faces.

Showing off her back pack.

Jumping around like a crazy lady.

Being sweet.

And being super sweet.

My heart is melting right now.

Then it was time to head to the school.

She is going to be a Horizon Husky. We took this on the day of her test.

We saw dad parking. He was so excited for Olive.

That made her feel better because she was starting to get kinda nervous.

Here is where you can tell on her face that her nerves were setting in a bit. I don't blame her, she went to kindergarten not knowing one other person. 

And here is where you can tell why she was so nervous. For some reason unknown to me, they had the kindergarteners all line up at the same time as 1st grade recess. It was chaotic, crowded and a bit stress inducing. Olive had Scott stand in line with her until it was time to go in. 

She needed one more hug and kiss for luck. There were no tears shed! Go us!

And just like that she was off and officially a big kid. 

Here she is on her second day and feeling a little better. You can see her teacher Ms Reeves on the left.
