As we went to the store we passed Trump Tower and so we had to do our best Trump impersonation. Your fired.
Ummm....yes I am in love with this couch.
Central Park was just across the street so we took a great walk through the park and sat on a beautiful Sunday in the Park.
Since I had gone to Paris I had told Scott about Laduree and I found out they had opened a New York location so I really wanted to go get some of their amazing macrons.
It was worth it!
By this time we were very hungry and we wanted to find some New York pizza! We looked up some restaurants and found some and they kept being closed. We were getting hungrier and hungrier. Finally we found something and we were so happy!
Since this was the day we were flying back we had to go to our hotel to get our luggage. So we decided to ride the subway to Grand Central to walk around a bit. We had been there before but it is always cool.

We had heard about the Whispering Gallery before and we wanted to check it out. It is a part of the terminal that has an archway. If you stand at opposite sides of the arch you can whisper into the corner and the person on the other side can hear you. It was actually really cool.
Here is Scott and me standing across from each other and talking to each other!
After that, we caught the train to pick up our luggage. We came upon a Sunday market on the street which was cool to walk through. Then we took a taxi to the airport and were back home. It was a fast trip but it felt like we got a lot in and saw some great stuff. It was such a wonderful, relaxing, memorable trip and a perfect way to celebrate turning 30. Thanks Scott for making this an awesome birthday!
