On our last day of the trip we decided to take the kids to the Balbo boardwalk. Scott has lots of memories of going there as a kid. So we wanted to check it out with our kids. We were pretty underwhelmed by it but I think they still had fun.

They loved racing.
Olive tried skeeball but wasn't impressed and gave up after one throw.
Her and Milo both rocked this clown shooting game.
We were talking to Olive and turned around and Milo had knocked down most of the teeth on his own. It was crazy.
Then the men started getting all competitive on the basketball game. It wouldn't be a Sanders family gathering without turning something into a competition.

He liked it but, mostly just scored on himself.
Then it was time for some ice cream!

Afterwards Scott convinced Olive to ride the Ferris Wheel with him. She was nervous at first but had a fun time.
Then, before we knew it, our trip was over and we were headed home. It was quick but we packed in a lot of fun. Until next year California!
