The weekend of Scott's birthday was also the Spring opening game for USU. We decided to take the kids and go. Then Scott could also check out his new seats for the upcoming season.
While we were up there we did a little tour down memory lane. We stopped by Cobble Creek apartments and visited the apartment that Scott lived in the year we started dating. We spent SO much time at that apartment and it's full of fun memories. I love going back to see it.
Then we wanted to show our kids our first apartment. This little, run-down house we the first place that we lived as a married couple. It was tiny and pretty gross, but also lots of fun memories. The sad thing about this place is that it hasn't changed in the almost 10 years since we lived there.
We all had to take turns posing in front of our cute place. I love that our kids give a "#1" finger as their thumbs up!
Selfie of our old digs.
Then it was off to a quick lunch in the park and then to the game.
After the game everyone went down onto the field and got to meet the players. The kids were having a blast and loved running around.
And then they started tackling daddy.
Chucky was very popular and so we didn't get a real picture with him.
Scott took this picture of Coach Wells and Olive on his watch and Wells said "That was a first!" It was pretty funny.
After the game we were all hungry so we went to one of our favorite places in Logan, Firehouse Pizza.
It was so delicious and of course we had to get a fazookie! Yum! I think Scott had a great day and it was such an easy game to take the kids to.
